These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of xtraorbit360.com and its members. xtraorbit360.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice.

1. Illegal activity - Members may not present xtraorbit360.com promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by xtraorbit360.com, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.

2. Third-Party Liability - xtraorbit360.com will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.

3. Terms and Conditions - reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.

4. Membership Fee - Our Membership fee is just Rs. 5,000/- for Student Membership, Rs. 8,000/- for Classic Membership, Rs. 10,000/- for Silver Membership, Rs. 14,000/- for Golden Membership, Rs. 16,000/- for Business Membership, and Rs. 20,000/- for Business Plus Membership, which is nonrefundable.

5. The membership of the user can be canceled anytime by the administrator, if any member found in cheating or fraudulent activities .

6. You understand each member can only have 1 membership per position and there may only be 1 membership per household. You understand anyone found to be working 2 memberships will have their account terminated without notice. You understand that if you are found to be cheating or found to be fraudulent in any way your account will be terminated without notice and any earnings will be lost..

7. Payment Option - We Accept payment through Cash Deposit, Check Deposit, Fund Transfer, Western Union, PayPal and Credit Cards.

8. Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of xtraorbit360.com with all future commissions or products usage forfeited.

9. Membership Cancellation Membership at xtraorbit360.com is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. xtraorbit360.com will only cancel/terminate a membership if it is deemed that the member is operating in conflict with xtraorbit360.com terms and conditions.

10. Cancellation/Termination of membership - Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with xtraorbit360.com. Any positions held in participating Programs owned by xtraorbit360.com will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to xtraorbit360.com.

11. Relationship - A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of xtraorbit360.com.

12. Disputes - Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws .

13. Private Information - xtraorbit360.com will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.

14. Copyright Material - All branding, logos and graphics contained within xtraorbit360.com are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. xtraorbit360.com provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.

15. Damaging Intent - Any Member or franchise who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to xtraorbit360.com and or its members will be terminated from xtraorbit360.com. Depending on seriousness, xtraorbit360.com may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

16. SPAM - xtraorbit360.com strictly prohibits the use of SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of xtraorbit360.com and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships canceled.

17. Contact Information - It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area.. xtraorbit360.com will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.

18. Tax - You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from xtraorbit360.com or any program promoted via the xtraorbit360.com program.

19. Referral -All xtraorbit360 members can earn 10% as referral commission. For example if any members refer us a 1 silver package he will earn 1000 PKR .Your referral commission will be added to your standard earning.Every member is Responsible to Refer a member after getting his/her First Income,second ,3rd and so on....

20. Registration -We are not accepting direct members anymore.If any person want to join us or our current members want to refer someone he must visit our franchise page and contact with your nearby Franchise Office.

21. Franchise Record -All Xtraorbit360 Franchise Design their members registration forms and add our terms page at form back side,keep record of your members with CNIC copy and send copy of new members registration forms every month to xtraorbit360 office by TCS.

22. NO Discount Offer -Franchise are not allowed to give any type of discount offer .If any franchise caught violating our term he will be terminated from our network.
